Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to be flexible. However, short-notice cancellations do incur costs for our team and business.

Spa Days / Spa Sessions:

Cancellations made within 3 working days of your appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Same-day cancellations or failure to attend are non-refundable.

Individual Treatments:.

Cancellations within 24-hours or failure to attend are non-refundable.

Rescheduling Your Visit

If you wish to rearrange your booking rather than cancel, we will always do our best to assist.

In some circumstances, cancellation fees may be reduced at the discretion of our management team.
